Case sensitivity

When something is case sensitive, it means that there will be distinguished between uppercase and lowercase letters.

You will often find the term case sensitive on Brugbart. Many things are case sensitive, such as JavaScript Variables and CSS Selectors. Basically it means that two things can differ, depending on whether you use lowercase, uppercase, or mix them all together.

URLs are case sensitive, so a lowercase version can sometimes contain a different page then the one on the uppercase version. See also: Absolute and Relative Paths
